Voice Mail Directions
During office hours, if the person you are calling is not
available, you will be
routed to that person’s voice mail. Press "8" on your dial to skip the
recorded greeting. If your call is urgent, you are routed to the wrong person,
you want to leave a written message or you want to talk to a live person, press "0" on your
dial. You will be routed back to the receptionist.
After hours, you can call in to leave a message. Above is a list of
staff extensions, press the extension number to leave your message on the staff
person’s voice mail. You can also leave a message in what we call the
"general mailbox," and it will be given to the person the next morning. Sometimes callers during regular hours are answered by the
recording. This is
usually because of an unusually large number of calls at that moment. You can
either leave a message or wait a few minutes and call back.
