Resigning from Certification

CPG's who no longer wish to maintain certification may become inactive or may resign. Rules 112 Inactive Status and
113 Voluntary Surrender of Certification govern these alternatives

NOTE: many CPGs who leave the practice simply stop paying fees or filing reports. This results in an involuntary de-certification by the board. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS.
